“In 2023, Frask played a pivotal role in shaping statewide policy by providing public testimony to the Oregon State Legislature’s Joint Committee on Semiconductors, addressing the federal CHIPS and Science Act. She led “The Mackenzie Report,” which summarized Oregon’s industrial land inventory and provided recommendations for attracting semiconductor companies and investment to the state. Her expertise contributed to the development of the Oregon Chips Act.”
