Mackenzie President Dietrich Wieland on PNW Business Outlook

"There's been broad public support for things outside of what I call traditional economic development wins," Mackenzie Principal and Architect Dietrich Wieland said to the Portland Business Journal recently about the outlook for commercial real estate in the city. 

"Portland is getting two concert venues. Those are massive and great economic development generators. The James Beard market is getting public support and public dollars. The WNBA coming to Portland, FIFA the World Cup coming to Seattle, these are massive economic development opportunities."

"I know for us personally, and in our conversations with building owners and the brokerage community, their volume of conversation is really, really high now."
