This past fall, we congratulated our very own Alison Hoagland on her well-deserved Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon 2024 Women of Vision Award.

Alison is an architect and Principal at Mackenzie and proudly serves as the firm's first female architect board member. She is one of the trailblazing leaders being recognized and celebrated for shaping our built environment through technical skills, mentoring, community involvement, and creation of opportunities for the next generation of women in our industries.

The dedication and talent of all the 45 women being honored by the DJC in 2024 provide a foundation for our industry and contribute to the collective success of our communities. Along with the 44 other honorees of this year’s award, Alison is committed to helping the next generation of women in a male-dominated industry to achieve brilliant, fulfilling careers.
