This new headquarters facility serves as a unified hub for staff operations and member training alike.
The center features 29 offices for focused work, open workstations, flexible meeting spaces, formal conference spaces, a large breakroom, and an outdoor patio.
A key part of the project is the large training room with capacity for up to 100 occupants to gather.
DESIGN DRIVERS
The CIS Collaboration Center provides pleasant, quiet gathering spaces for both large and small groups.
Private spaces for heads-down work are mixed in with more public, open office desking and collaborative huddle spaces.
Daylit, divisible collaboration spaces improve the user experience in both large and small training events.
Concrete tilt exterior walls and insulated glazing provide sound isolation from the adjacent, busy intersection.
