Mackenzie worked with Stein Holdings and Perlo Construction on the new Vancouver-based distribution center for The Odom Corporation (previously Craig Stein Beverage).

The project was a build-to-suite for the client who is occupying two-thirds of the space, leaving the remaining third of the area for available leasing and future growth. The facility features a concrete-tilt warehouse and a two-story administrative office.

DESIGN DRIVERS

The design for the office interior space combines Craig Stein Beverage's branding with elements of the Pacific Northwest, including a welcoming entry and a tasting room.
The project site underwent extensive archeological review and coordination with an archeological consultant to limit site disturbance.
The project has gone through a variety of product studies on building shape, size, and onsite location before arriving at the current iteration.
